Thursday bento included:
Roasted beets in heart shapes
Watercress blanched, water squeezed out well, tossed with katsuobushi
and a drop of ponzu
Roasted chicken winger the and drummer the with TJ 21 spice seasoning
Carrot sticks
Multi-grain onigiriin a triangle with okaka filling, made to my daughter’s specifications – not too large, the rice not too densely packed, jussst this big, her fingers creating an imaginary ball in the air.
